In 2009, our family considered our decision to venue into the restaurant business as we received financial support from our family members and loans to open Saigon Noodle House. To attract customer, we opened our family’s recipes box and shared dishes such as our famous fresh spring rolls, Pho noodles soups, and Pork Banh Mi sandwiches.
Since the restaurant’s establishment, Saigon Noodle House has became a favorite destination for our authentic home-cooked styled Vietnamese dishes among residents and tourists of Birmingham.
